Do I need to be good with computers?
No. There's nothing to install. If you can use a phone, you can run Door & Decks. We set it up for you.
Do my guests need an app?
No. They buy on a normal web page and their ticket opens on their phone. They can print it too.
Who gets the ticket money?
You do. You connect your own Stripe or PayPal account and the money goes straight to you. We never hold it.
What's the difference between the 5% fee and the £99?
With the booking fee, your guests pay a little extra on each ticket and it costs you nothing. With £99, you pay once and your guests pay just the ticket price. The calculator above shows which is better for your event.
Can volunteers on the gate see the takings?
No. Each helper gets their own login. They scan tickets and sell on the gate. Only you see the money.
What if the signal on the field is poor?
Scanning needs an internet connection. If the signal is weak, a phone hotspot or a plug-in scanner on a laptop does the job.
Can I sell family tickets and free under-5s?
Yes. We fill in Adult, Child, Family and Under 5s for you. Change the names, prices and how many you have.
Can I try it before I sign up?
